Growing up in South Carolina, I was always curious about the world beyond. That curiosity led me to earn a degree in Hospitality Management and build a career that took me all over the globe. Traveling has always been my passion, but after years of adventure, I felt ready to plant new roots and pursue something different.

That journey brought me to a small but mighty marketing team, where I discovered a new love: web design. With a blend of marketing knowledge and a growing fascination for UX, I found my sweet spot—creating vibrant, engaging websites that not only look beautiful but are built with strategy and purpose.

So, where did “Waffle” come from?
While living in Australia, I met my husband, Mateo. When we got married, we jokingly started calling each other Hubbard & Waffle—our playful spin on husband and wife. The name stuck, and Waffle became more than just a nickname—it became the heart of my brand. A little fun, a little quirky, and full of personality—just like the sites I create.
